I test drove a vehicle at RS and they offered an "fully electronic" and upgraded version from another dealership, if I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Well, the vehicle I got is one of the ones that Ford recognizes as having clutch/transmission problems. They are fixing the 2013 for free but not the 2014 that uses the same clutch. Unwilling to PROPERLY fix a mistake made by Skillman employee. During a routine oil change and tire rotation, two of my custom rims wrre scratched. Skillman agreed to fix the wheels, but on the that day, They called to say they would only polish the scratch and that it would look better than the rest of the wheel. It doesnt require rocket science to know that this is a "bandaid" at best and certainly not a proper fix.
