I brought my truck to Martinsville Ford for The Works, a squeak I thought was a driver-side wheel bearing, some clunking in the front end, and a brake vibration.
To give them credit, I have no complaints about the work they did for the clunking or the brakes. My issue is everything else that happened around the wheel bearing repair and inspection.

Overall, this dealership has provided good service. My recent 100,000-mile service cost me more than twice as much as I had been told. I am beginning to question the service desk's level of knowledge, which makes me dubious about the integrity of the repairs and service. After the service, some warning beeps and buzzers remain and need to be reset. I have limited time to return the vehicle, but I will obviously need to do so. I do realize stuff happens, but check your work, folks.

Ray Skillman Hoosier Ford in Martinsville is a fantastic place to have your vehicle serviced. They have a clean waiting area with plenty of room to work remotely while you wait, and they have delicious grind-to-order coffee. This is the first dealership I have ever found that cares about their customers! Their leadership makes themselves available for feedback, and they went above and beyond to make things right when there was a clerical error about a deal they had on their website. If you have a Ford this is the place to have it serviced.
